The person who owns the house next to mine has built a stone wall that is about 6 to eight feet on my property, what do I have to do to get this removed?

First, you have to make sure it really is on your property. If it goes to court, or even if it just comes to convincing the neighbor that it is in the wrong place, you're going to have to have a survey done by a licensed surveyor. With the survey in hand, you can go to the neighbor and insist that the fence be removed. If it is not, you can go to court and get a court order that it be removed. Are you sure that there is no easement on the land records allowing the neighbor to put up a fence?
