A relative died and 3 of us have interited a condo in St Agustine, but no cash to pay accumulated maintenance fees. Are we liable for them?

You are not personally liable, but the fees are a lien on the property, so if you go to sell the condo, the association fees will be deducted from the sales price. Also, the association could foreclose on the condo if it chose to.
