what do you mean terminate is license to be there???? what license??? you mean she has to go to court with this???

Yes, she probably will have to go to court to evict him. The law doesn't allow you to simply kick someone out because you change your mind. If you let them into your home voluntarily, they have status before the law. They might be a month-to-month tenant, they might be a tenant at sufferance or a licencee, but you still have to go to court to evict them. If you don't like that, go talk to your legislator and get the law changed. All "landlords" (and you are a "landlord") are slum lord rip off artists, and the tenants are all angels, according to the law.
