Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut
My mother-in-laws brother died in another state recently, and left the police as his next of kin. There is no will or anything personal of his that she wants. Do to her health issues she cant travel to arizona to deal with this. Does this even have to go to probate? He had nothing in assets and nothing to his name. Lost contact this him for almost 20 years
