Legal Question in Workers Comp in Connecticut

Cervical radiculitis....

Being injured on the job has been a nightmare. After this was put on light duty and was relieved of many of my duties and harrassed by my supervisor on a regular basis they also put a 3 month limit on my light duty work. Then after i was released from light duty they told my attorney they no longer had any work, but in march of 2008 they offered a position for an office assistant and was not offered the position which is what i was doing in the office, and i have exp. Then many drs most never examined or calle was given an mri for my cervical spine back in august of 2008. What was found were bulging and protrusions and also an annular tear in one of the discs...Also a hemgionoma in the t3 vertebrae. And was told by the doctor that even said it was cause i was old..Nothing was wrong with me. I have had symptoms continuous since my injury in november of 2007. This physician also permanently but partially disabled me because he said he had received maximum medical... I have been on medications which either knocked me out and did not much relieve pain. The numbness still remains but now radiated up from my hand to my shoulder...And nothing yet has been done. Now i am workin with my personal physicians...Its been a year

This is really something you would need to come in and discuss with a lawyer in person.
