Legal Question in Business Law in Delaware

Starting an LLC

I am one of 3 founders and 3 members

of a start up LLC. We have an

Operating Agreement. Should we each

have an employment agreement? In

other words, how do we make sure that

each of us are held accountable?

Re: Starting an LLC

You should have a written agreement between the three founders. I have done many of them. An agreement helps to prevent fights about who is supposed to do what, and how much money each takes from the business.
