Legal Question in Family Law in Delaware

Have a court order from my closed divorce which we did not use lawyers, stating ex wife is to pay/transfer money to me from her 401k. Court stated they gave her required paperwork to pass to her job, job says not good enough to release money. Ex wife contacted a lawyer for information, she says I need to get a lawyer to draw up paperwork to request money transfer/release from her account? This does not make any sense as it is not what the judge stated nor is it my account the money is coming from. Advise or verification please...

Generally the 401K custodian requests a QDRO qualified domestic relations order to transfer ownership of part of a 401k.

Generally a family lawyer drafts the document and gets the court to sign the proposed order.

Ask job if that is what they are looking for.
