Legal Question in Insurance Law in Delaware

Need info on how to sue properly and most effectivle

I was in a car accident. the gentleman who hit me run a red light. He gave me a double neck fracture, concusion, multiple brain bruises including a bruise to the top of the brainstem, 21 staple cut on the back of my head and a cut and bruised knee. I have memory problems as well as numbness to three of my body parts, and pain etc. How do I find a lawyer that will do his/her job properly and I need to get some idea of how much to sue for excluding problems with my body that might not go away.

You need to retain an attorney who will sit down and discuss your claim with you. This should happen before you decide whether to hire the attorney.
