How do I get an domestic assult charge that happened in september of 2000 dropped from my record in 2002 so that I can keep my job.

The simple answer is that in all probability you cannot have it "dropped from your record". There

are public policy reasons as to why this type of

criminal conviction is not eligible for expunge-

ment of the record or to have the record sealed.
