Legal Question in Discrimination Law in District of Columbia

I filed an "age discrimination" grievance as a result of my termination from a US Govt Agency. I have agreed to have the "agency" depose me- will I get a free copy of my deposition? Thank you.

Unless the agency agrees to provide you with a copy, normally, you aren't provided a free copy of the transcript. However, you should have an opportunity to review and sign the deposition transcript. If you afforded that opportunity, you should take it.
