To determine if court documents are valid, an attorney needs to see the documents. In fact, you failed to even provide the title of the document (eg. motion, petition, order, etc.)

Take the time to either take it to an attorney to review or go to the court clerk to determine if the documents are valid. Is there a file number on the document? If so, you can call the court to determine the status of the case.

If the papers are valid, you might file a motion to dismiss if the petition or motion isn't signed.

If it's a valid order, you have to comply with the order or file a timely appeal.

If you are required to file an answer to the documents, make sure you comply with the deadline.
