Legal Question in Federal Tort Claims in District of Columbia

gov. civil service pension

I have been denied my deceased husbands civil service pension. can you provide me with a list of attorney names. I need to fight the government for this pension.

Before you start lining up counsel to hire for a possible lawsuit against the federal government(remember sovereign immunity), you would be well advised to recheck again all of the required criteria which are necessary to make you eligible to claim all(or, perhaps) part of your deceased spouse's civil service pension.

This website doesn't provide a "list of attorneys" but instead allows individual attorneys to respond who think they can be of help.
