i need to have surery but my in insurance do cover it

i need seed surgery that can help me get my health back in order and my even sent a letter to the insurance stay why i must have the surgery and they still will not pay for it what can i do

Your question is a little unclear. What is the surgery? Is it necessary surgery or is it by choice? What does your insurance agreement say in regard to what types of procedures are covered?

Once you have answered those questions, you can begin to look into your options
