Legal Question in Employment Law in District of Columbia

If my ex employer owes me money and I sue him in small claims court. If I win am I due Three times what I'm owed for damages?

Whatever the Judge awards you is what you will be able to collect on. Treble damages are only in certain type of cases. They are generally asked for (plead) at the filing of the case and must be proven proper either in trial or at ex parte hearing.
