Re: can my husbands divorce me with out me knowing if I have been only been mari

AQUI SE HABLA ESPANOL. SI DESEA PUEDE CONSULTAR DIRECTO CON EL LICENCIADO. But let me respond anyway. I am having some trouble with YOUR wishes, given that you are confronted with a very ugly situation and one which pretty much entails a lost cause as far as getting the marriage fixed and back on track, if it ever was. It is very unusual. But let's assume everything you say is true, the question" SO WHAT? You seem NOT to want to divorce him, even though you have every right. What is the alternative? Do you want to "hold on" jUst to spite him? Do you think there is a middle ground between a broken marriage and divorce? Can anyone live like that, in a sort of gray, twilight area? Are you deriving other legal rights, such as residency, on the basis of the "marriage". The ultimate question: If you can prove all those allegations in a divorce proceeding, don't you think the "punishment" or "revenge" can be more real because maybe you can get him financially.? Does he have any means? (I assume there are no children)ME DA LA IMPRESION QUE LA AUTORA DE ESTE MSG ES SALVADORENA. AM I RIGHT. i'LL BE AT (301)441-3131 OR 775-0129 TODAY.
