legal mariage
Hello,my question is if one is married in another country (EL Salvador)do they need to get divorced before getting married in the US or can we just get married please let me know ASAP thank you so much

If you were married in another country and come to the United States, you can not marry again without getting a divorce (either in other country or here), you will otherwise incur criminal liability (most and perhaps all states of the United States have prohibitions against bigamy).
