When there are 4 heirs to an estate, who is the attorney's fiduciary duty to if a conflict develops?

Re: Attorney Responsibility
In short, the attorney's duty is to the decedent through the execution of the estate and not to any individual heir even if an heir happens to also be the administrator of the will.
Very similar to how a corporate attorney has a duty to the the corporation over any employee including top employees.
If there is a conflict issue contact a local attorney to be sure that your interests are accurately represented.
