It's impossible to know without knowing how much treatment you've already undergone as well as the kind of treatment, if any, you will undergo in the future. You would need to contact an attorney to review all your records as well as your injuries.

That will depend on a variety of factors including how long the spilled juice was there (which goes to liability), the amount of your medical bills, the type of treatment you receive, how well you respond to the treatment, the final diagnosis and prognosis, whether you've had similar injuries in the past (i.e., a pre-existing condition), whether there are any lost wages as a result of the injury, and whether there are things that you used to do prior to the injury that you can no longer do or do as well (e.g., playing with children or grandchildren, sports and exercise, engaging in your favorite hobby, etc.).

The best thing to do is to contact an attorney and provide him or her with all information regarding the accident, the injury, your medical treatment, your loss of wages (if any), the effects of the injuries on your lifestyle, etc. Then you will have, at the very least, an informed opinion on the range within which the dollar amount of your damages may fall.

I am sorry to hear about your accident. It really depends upon the extent of your injuries, your resulting lost wages, and the facts regarding the spill and how you fell. Please consult with an attorney and provide them all of the above information. An attorney should be able to give you some kind of a range for you case.
