Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

My wife recently had outpatient surgery and when we got home she realized a tooth was broken. We believe it was done by the anesthesiologist. What are our rights reagrding getting them to pay dental bills?

The breaking of a tooth is likely one of the risks she was warned about prior to surgery. If not it should have been. Unless something was done negligently, there would be no claim against anyone for the broken tooth. Even if the tooth was broken negligently the cost of pursuit of a malpractice claim is far more than the damages related to the tooth. Sorry. Good luck.
