Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

I live in a condo. My disabled son will soon need a motorized chair/scooter. I understand that i have to provide a ramp from my door out to the sidewalk. Does the condo assn have to provide ramp from the sidewalk to the lower level of the parking lot?

The assn. Has handicap parking areas but no ramps for wheelchairs to go up or down to the sidewalks.
