Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

If my father was in the final stages of dying and on morphine and he was coerced, can this will be contested? In addition, if he is a legal resident of Florida and moved to New Jersey, 14 days before dying, should the will be probated in the state he was a resident of for 25 years or the state where he died?
