Dismissal due to multiple illness

I am about to get fired do to multiple illnesses over the last three years. I am a state SES employee. I have all illnesses documented. Can they fire me?

Yes, if your constant illness has affected your job performance in violation of the work rules. I am not sure what SES stands for but even a state agency needs it employees on the job and not at home in order to perform their required tasks.
