Can you tell me where I can find the laws &/or guidelines regarding payment agreements; how they are established, broken & appropriate actions that can be taken once an agreement is broken. (ie: If my medical practice enters into a payment agreement with a patient under terms to pay $50 month; if the patient only pays $40 each month, are we still bound by the payment agreement because they are making some type of payment? Even if the amount is less than the signed agreed upon terms? Thank you. I would like to find any info or statues that pertain to this type of payment agreement.
