Appeal Bond Denied?
My husband was sentenced in November for Lewd and Lecivious Computer Solicitation and Travel to Meet a Minor. We are going to try and appeal the decision. We recently had a bond hearing and bond was denied because the judge didn't think there were any grounds to appeal. Is this legit? Is there anything else we can do at this point?
