Performance of a Minor (Expungement denial)

Florida is denying a Expungement hearing in my case which is 16 years old. Possession of Materials depicting Sexual Performance of a Child. No Contest -Adjudication Withheld Released 2001. Sex Offender Registration 1997 for life!

Can I appeal an denial of Expungement? Can I procure an Attorney and ask for a Governor's Pardon? What can I do to if anything?

You can ask for a Pardon. There isn't much chance, I suspect, that you will get it. I do not believe that you can appeal from an expungement denial. Thedenial is within the discretion of the court. You should see a lawyer about redoing the expungement request. If you did it without a lawyer, that was probably not going to give you the best chance of success.
