Should I let my car go?
I am going to be filing bankrupcy. Recently I found out that I am upsidedown on my car. I am up to date with the payments, however it needs repairs totaling $1500. I was considering just allowing the car to be reposessed. If I do that, will I still be responsible for that car loan or can I include the debt in the bankruptcy?
