I filed bankruptcy in 2012 - surrendered property in full satisfaction of all debts - bank never claimed property bank sold mortgage no new mortgage company has issued a summon for foreclosure - am i responsible to answer and got to court

Confusing question. Get the facts straight. No new mortgage company has issued a summon for foreclosure, or is that now? You will be defaulted if you do not answer. They can only get an in rem judgment anyway.
