Legal Question

Order of Dismissal

We just received an order of dismissal. Is states that ''the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. 362 and the stay of action against codebtor imposed by 11 U.S.C.1301 are lifted.''Does this mean that creditor have the write to proceed with collections against the debtor?
