Personal bankruptcy

Where do I start in fileing for personal bankruptcy? I have alot of medical bills as well as credit card bills. I am in 3 collection agenceies with 3 more pending. I can't keep up with my bills. My credit is already in shambles. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
