Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

My brother in law was a VP of a Corporation. He was removed of the corporation because he took $6000.00 to pay an attorney to declare his mother as incompetent (she is 80 years old and President of the Corporation). The guardianship was given to his half sister (my wife). She decided to remove him as a VP. After he found that out he went online and removed His mother (President) and his two sisters (Secretary and Treasurer) and put himself as the owner and President of the corporation. That is FRAUD. They were able to change everything as it was and removed him again from the corporation. Can we do anything against him legally and take him to court trhu the State Attorney's office. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done against him

Thank you
