Hi my question is if you are

being suit as an individual and

a corporation. The plaintiff's

att. Went and got a deault

again me. I want to file a

motion to set vacate and set

aside the default.

If this motion is filed before

the other trail what does it do

to the case.

The judge attitude is that the

ase has been in the system to

long it must go away.

I have the motion to vacate and

set aside done. I was goin to

file it two weeks ago but i

thought i had a lawyre. Can i

file it three days before th

traul starts. And what

happens?

At the hearing on the motion in

limine the planitiff's lawyre

wrote up the order for the

judge. It isn't the way i heard

the judge call it. I question

what is in it. What can i do.
