Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I gave someone a deposit for an order of new tires which we had a contract for. The tires he bought ended up stolen, so he was so return my money. After arranging multiple times for him to pay my money back, his has not yet reimbursed me my money. What is my best option to get my money back.
