In the law, one question always leads to another.

I am not sure what you mean when you say your name was "on the corporation". As an officer, a director, a shareholder, or a combination of these titles and labels?

Also there is no such thing as a 24 hour eviction notice. Eviction cases are started, in Florida, with a 5 day summons giving the tenant rights to assert defenses if any so long as rent is put with the court clerk during the eviction proceedings, otherwise there is typically a default entered. And was the alleged breach of the lease for non-payment of monthly rentals or for another reason? When you refer to a 24 hour notice are you referring to an order that was entered after the landlord's case against your sister and the corporation was over?

What was the basis for your suit or a suit by your corporation against the landlord.

Anyone that might try to answer your initial questions without obtaining the answers to the above questions is not ready to provide you with an answer.
