Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I have a judgement for 116,000. My attorney never followed through or even filed anything after. I don't know what steps to take . Is there no hope for a judgement ? I had met with another attorney she said she would be e-mailing me an agreement on her cut. If she did the work but never heard back....
