Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I have owned a daycare center in a church facility for the past 8 years. I have now closed the center as of Jan 31st and donated the equipment to the church. I was just made aware that the church reopened the center effective Feb 3rd under my old daycare license, with my old employees and customers. Is that legal?
