I was recently fired from my job in boca raton fl and ws given no reason. what are my recoarses

Not much. Florida is a "right to work" state. This means that you have no right to work anywhere. You can be fired for no reason at all. You may be entitled to receive unemployment and should file. However, if you find out that you were for fired for a discriminatory reason there could be legal recourse.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. My office is in Boca Raton. Most employees can be fired at any time. If you had an employment contract for a specific period of time, then you might have a claim, but most people do not have contracts of this type. If there was discrimination against you, then you might have a claim too. Chances are, though, that your only options are to look for another job and to apply for unemployment payments if you're eligible.
