Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I wish to file a civil suit against the state of florida for a civil rights violation in which my son and i lost 11 years of of lives in addition slander, liable and defamation is putting it mildly their is no affadavit of diligent search. the story is long and drawn out but whether or not an attorney takes this case i will not give up and will file myself is necessary. No child should suffer due to the negligence of an entity that does not follow procedure and has been doing it for years. This is why we have the missing and expolited child system, amber alert, meghans law etc... I will be crusading for children as well. So I need to know what forms to file first your answer is greatly appreciated.

Regardless of how you ultimately decide to proceed, I suggest you make an appointment with a civil rights attorney first. An attorney will give you an analysis of the merits of your case. If your case has merit, an attorney will probably be willing to pick it up and represent you. If you file on your own, there are no "forms" to file. This is a complex matter that will require drafting pleadings specific to your case.
