Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

Is there a law that says a a bricks & mortar visitor center cannot use the word "official" unless they are state sponsored. Does this include commercial websites?

It may be confusing and misleading to a consumer and should be avoided. To say more I would need to know what the "official" is.
