Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

I have undeniable and indisputable proof that my ex-wife got my email password from my 9 year-old son and has been reading, without my permission, all of my personal email for weeks and even copied some of it for others to read. Has she commited a crime for which she can or should be prosecuted?

contact the police if you wish to prosecute your ex-wife. Not sure it is worth it. Just change you password.
