1/27/14 case deposed by default ...why am i now getting stuff from charge card wanting me to pay it now that was over 2 years ago whats the law how long can come after you in florida

If they received a judgment against you then they can continue to come after you until they get paid.

Sorry I forgot to mention that you can get a default judgment set aside and ask for a hearing on this matter. More than likely they would be willing to settle either way (ie hearing or just speaking to them to get a reduced amount)
