Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have two car loans with my credit union, but I also had a checking account that is overdrawn, and an Unsecured credit line, and a credit card.

all of the accounts are past due, but they won't let me bring JUST the the car loans current. They are saying I have to bring all lines with them current. Can they do that? I don't remember cross colleterizing all me accounts with them???

please advise
