Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Dealer won't call me back about picking up my car. I recently wrecked it and don't have the money to fix it. I've called many times and left messages but no response. Its been since 6/17/15 is the car considered abandoned by the dealer? What can I do about this?
