Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I got divorced Oct.2009. In the divorce agreement I was hold responsible with one credit card and my ex-husband with another. I paid mine. My ex-husband has not paid his in full. My credit score is being affected for the one he hasn't paid. What could I do to change the situation? Apparently the bank doesn't accepted the divorce agreement and holds me too responsible...

You can file a motion for contempy/enforcement and a hearing date - serve him so he will appear at court - he can be made to pay the payment. And he will be made to pay your attorney fees for having to bring this action to court.
