Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

hi,

i had used some of my exwife credits in the past (during we still married and after we divorced, year 2009) and I also spent of her money (personal checking) in the past as well. now, she has all documents/copies to PROVE what i did in the past. and she threaten me that she will sue me and do any means to put me in jail (revenge because i decided to divorced her last year 2009).

i don't want to go to jail. even i agree to pay her back every pennies i owed her. do i have to go to jail after she got my money? or what happen to me if she refuse to takes my money. do i have a chance to stay away from jail anyway? i don't mind to repay her every pennies i owed her in the past. please help!

thank you very much

If you were married the money etc was marital assets and you were entitled. Her threats are just that - threats. they have no merit!
