Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I hired a company to resolve my online cash advance debt in NC they assured me that it is not legal to give me cash advances in NC , now I live in FL I have received harassing call saying I will be arrested can this happen , what can I do?

Until they obtain a judgment against you , they cannot do anything. Nor can they have you arrested.
