Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I had a judgement against me for a credit card, my ex fiancee was to pay it and never did. It was filed 9 years ago and i just found out she never paid it. What can i do?

Pay the judgment or deal with the consequences of not doing so. You have no action against your ex-fiancee.

if they did not serve you how did they get a judgment?

Was it in both names?
