Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

judgements

I am trying to pay off my judgements on my credit report.Am I only responsible for the amount of the judgement listed on the reports.All are the same amount and they are not willing to negoate.

you are resposible to pay the judgment amount plus interest and post judgment costs.

No. You are responsible to pay the amount of the judgment, plus interest which has accrued since then, together with all costs incurred by the creditor. Most creditors will negotiate if approached properly depending on the circumstances the debt was incurred and how they size up the situation. You may wish to have an attorney negotiate on your behalf.
