Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I'm considering marrying a man that has some past unpaid medical bills and a judgement against him from many years ago, if we get married can any collectors come after me or MY money, my property etc. to apply towards HIS past bills? Can anyone put a lein against MY property for his past debts?
