Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I offered to co sign for a car for my ex fiancee and they overnighted me the documents since she lives in michigan and I live in florida. I dont feel right now signing the agreement buts shes threatened to take me to court over a verbal agreement. Would it stand up in court?
