Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have 2 misdemeanors. 1-) In 2000,Petty Theft & the action taken by the judge was WH/Adj w/Fine and court cost. I sealed this case 2-) In 2010, Petty theft & the action taken was Does Nolle Pros-Cour Opt. I know I can not sealed/expunged the 2nd case, but I was suggested to get an attorney and fight this charge & get it dismissed or to be found not guilty. I also was suggested to apply for a pardon from the Governor. I was looking through the pardon definition and it has been defined as the forgiveness of crime and the penalty associated with it, so Ia m confused here. If I had no conviction b/c I got Nolle Pros-Cour Opt, can I still ask for full pardon? If so, does being granted a full pardon means that the 2nd case wont show on a records check? Please, advice. Thanks.

Since you seem to be asking the same question and are not satisfied with the answers, then clearly you need to set up an appointment to speak with an attorney in person. That way, all your questions will be answered to your satisfaction.
